Warranty Coverage

ODA provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all eligible products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.  

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects discovered during normal use.

Faulty or malfunctioning components that prevent proper product operation.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.

Normal wear and tear (such as minor scratches, fading, or discoloration).

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.

Lost, stolen, or improperly stored items.

Warranty Claims Process

Order number and proof of purchase

Description and photos or videos of the issue  

Our team will review your claim within 35 business days.

If the claim is approved, ODA will, at its discretion:

Repair the defective product,

Replace it with an identical or equivalent item, or

 Provide store credit or a refund if repair or replacement isnt possible.

 Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. ODA's liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement value of the product.
